All Visitors allowed to tour Peco Foods, Inc facilities should be invested in protecting our employees and business to ensure our continued success. Our Team Members work in close proximity to one another on a daily basis and we believe in providing them with a safe working environment. A key to accomplishing this goal is an awareness of best practice measures to protect our team from the potential transmission of contagious infectious agents (viral, bacterial) that can be passed easily by humans.
The goal of this assessment form is to work on limiting the introduction and potential spread of any pandemic/infectious disease-causing agent.

- Practice good respiratory etiquette (cough or sneeze into the elbow or upper sleeve not your hands or utilize a single use disposable tissue).
- Clean hands on arrival with soap and warm water. Use hand sanitizer provided.
- Maintain as often as possible a good personal zone to minimize close contact with team members.
- Avoid as possible the touching of surfaces before cleaning and sanitizing your hands.
Any Team Member that answers yes to any of the questions will be asked to follow-up with a medical provider within a reasonable timeframe and will not be allowed to work until cleared by a medical professional.
